Ramadan

Share the Blessings of Ramadan: Sponsor Iftar, Food Packages, and Zakat Today.

“Whomever feeds a person breaking his/her fast will earn the same reward as him/her, without any rewards decreased.” (Tirmidhi, Savm 82)

Ramadan: A Time to Connect and Share Blessings

At Islamic Education and Cultural Center of Korea, our Iftar and Sahuur programs are more than just meals—they are opportunities to foster unity, spread kindness, and support those in need.

This Ramadan, join us in ensuring that every student and family, regardless of their circumstances, has access to warm, nutritious meals to begin and end their fasts with dignity and joy.

Program Highlights

Daily Iftar Tables: Share the joy of breaking fast together with delicious, wholesome meals prepared for students, families, and communities in need.

Sahuur Meals: Support well-balanced, pre-dawn meals that provide the energy and strength needed to observe the day’s fast.

Community Bonding: Build stronger relationships through shared meals, prayers, and heartfelt connections.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break their fast will have a reward like theirs, without that diminishing the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 807)

The Quran reminds us:

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain]; it grows seven ears, and in every ear is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” ((Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:261))

QUR'AN (Surah Saba, 39)

Say, “Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever things you spend [in His cause] – He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers.” (Surah Saba, 39)

HADITH (Bukhari, Savm, 6)

“Whomever fasts in Ramadan by believing in its virtue and expecting its reward from Allah, his past sins will be forgiven.”

Islamic Education and Cultural Center of Korea invites all of our Muslim brothers and sisters to their Iftar and Sahuur events it organizes on behalf of its donors.

Together in Ramadan

You can also sponsor an Iftar or Sahuur for the students of Quran.

After our Iftar program, a sermon is given every day on relevant topics regarding Hadith, Fiqh, and Tafseer in all of our branches. Every night Tarawih prayer is performed in congregation.

We hope to spend these precious times with you, our brothers and sisters.
