이용약관

1조 (목적) 본 약관은 사단법인 한국이슬람교육문화원(이하 “본 단체”)이 운영하는 웹사이트에서 제공하는 온라인 후원 및 관련 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 본 단체와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 제

2조 (용어의 정의) 이용자란 본 단체 웹사이트에 접속하여 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다. 후원이란 이용자가 본 단체의 교육, 문화 및 인도적 지원 사업을 위하여 자발적으로 금전적 지원을 하는 것을 의미합니다. 제

3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경) 본 약관은 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 본 단체는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. 제

4조 (서비스의 내용) 본 단체는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다. 온라인 후원 신청 및 결제 서비스 교육 및 행사 안내 단체 활동 및 사업 관련 정보 제공 제5조 (후원 신청 및 결제) 이용자는 본 단체가 제공하는 결제 시스템을 통해 후원을 신청할 수 있습니다. 결제는 신용카드, 계좌이체 등 결제대행사가 제공하는 결제수단을 통해 이루어집니다. 결제 승인 및 정산은 나이스페이먼츠 등 PG사를 통해 처리될 수 있습니다. 제

6조 (배송에 관한 사항) 본 단체의 서비스는 기부 및 후원 중심의 비물품 제공 서비스입니다. 따라서 실물 상품의 배송은 이루어지지 않으며, 배송비 및 배송기간은 해당되지 않습니다. 제

7조 (환불 규정) 후원금은 기부의 성격을 가지므로 원칙적으로 환불이 어렵습니다. 다만 다음의 경우에는 확인 후 환불이 가능합니다.

  1. 동일 결제의 중복 발생
  2. 결제 시스템 오류
  3. 이용자의 명백한 실수로 인한 오결제
  4. 결제일 당일 내 이용자의 취소 요청이 있는 경우 환불 요청은 고객센터를 통해 접수하며, 본 단체의 확인 후 결제 수단을 통해 처리됩니다. 단, 후원금이 이미 사업 집행에 사용된 경우에는 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 제

8조 (개인정보 보호) 이용자의 개인정보는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호되며, 자세한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 제

9조 (이용자의 의무) 이용자는 허위 정보를 제공해서는 안 되며, 관련 법령 및 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다. 제

10조 (면책조항) 본 단체는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 제

11조 (분쟁 해결) 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법령을 따르며, 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 부칙 본 약관은 2026년 2월 3일부터 적용됩니다.

Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Use aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Islamic Education and Cultural Center of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) and users in relation to the use of online donation and related services provided through the Organization’s website.

Article 2 (Definitions) A “User” refers to any person who accesses the Organization’s website and uses its services. “Donation” means a voluntary financial contribution made by a user to support the Organization’s educational, cultural, and humanitarian aid projects.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms) These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the website. The Organization may amend these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws, and any changes will be announced through the website.

Article 4 (Contents of Services) The Organization provides the following services: Online donation application and payment services Information on educational programs and events Provision of information related to the Organization’s activities and projects

Article 5 (Donation Application and Payment) Users may apply for donations through the payment system provided by the Organization. Payments shall be made through payment methods provided by payment gateway companies, such as credit cards or bank transfers. Payment approval and settlement may be processed through PG companies such as Nice Payments.

Article 6 (Shipping) The Organization’s services are donation-based and do not involve the provision of physical goods. Therefore, the delivery of physical products does not occur, and shipping fees and delivery periods do not apply.

Article 7 (Refund Policy) Donations are considered charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted after verification in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payments
  2. Payment system errors
  3. Clear mistakes made by the user during payment
  4. A cancellation request made by the user on the same day as the payment Refund requests must be submitted through customer service and will be processed via the original payment method after verification by the Organization. However, if the donation has already been used for project execution, refunds may be restricted.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information) Users’ personal information is protected in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and detailed matters are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (User Obligations) Users must not provide false information and must comply with relevant laws and these Terms.

Article 10 (Disclaimer) The Organization shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution) Any disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction shall follow the Civil Procedure Act. Supplementary Provision These Terms shall take effect from 3 February, 2026.
